Nolan Langford

Recovery Specialist, Partner

Nolan grew up on a baseball diamond and a football field. At the age of 14, he was involved in a traumatic injury as a passenger on an ATV that was struck by a F350 pickup truck. The accident caused Nolan’s left leg to be amputated below his knee. The sports that Nolan competes in have changed since the accident but his competitive drive has only increased. Nolan was a four year letterman and two year regional qualifier for the Uvalde High School golf team. He received the Uvalde High School “Fighting Heart Award” as a senior. He was named to the United States High School All American Paralympic team by the USA Olympic Committee. He holds the national junior record in the javelin throw. Nolan is a Crossfit enthusiast and is certified as a Crossfit Level One trainer. He recently finished as runner up in the Agoge Challenge Adaptive RX Crossfit Competition in Dallas. Nolan would like to share the benefits he has received from Whole Body Cryotherapy while training for events. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, shooting, golf, crossfit and hanging out with Waylon his chocolate lab. He attends Oak Hills Church.

Selby Langford

Recovery Specialist, Managing Partner

Being an athlete and certified personal trainer, Selby knows the importance of recovering from strenuous activity and would love to share the benefits of Whole Body Cryotherapy in the recovery process. She was a four year soccer letter winner for Baylor University. She was a starter on the 2012 Big 12 Champion Soccer team. In each year at Baylor, she was a member of the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and the All-Big 12 Academic first team. Selby ranks second all time in minutes at Baylor with 5,463 minutes and 87 games played during her career before graduating with a health science studies degree in 2014. She recently competed in the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. Selby is certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. She is married to Lawton Langford, enjoys running, traveling and sports. She attends Oak Hills Church.

Lawton Langford

Consulting Partner

Lawton graduated from Baylor University in 2014 with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate. While at Baylor, he was a four year letter winner on the Baylor Baseball Team. Lawton played second base for the 2012 Big 12 Champion Baseball team. He was honored as an All Big 12 infielder after the 2012 and 2013 seasons. He was also named to the 2012 NCAA Waco Regional All-Tournament team as well as several Big 12 All Academic teams and the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls. Lawton has spent many years training and being around athletes training to compete at very high levels of competition. He knows how Whole Body Cryotherapy can help athletes recover quickly and also has been beneficial in improving the quality of life for non-athletes as well. He is married to Selby Langford and is employed at USAA Real Estate Company. He enjoys golf, sports, hunting and attends Oak Hills Church.
